What embroidery backings does PODpartner use?
PODpartner uses two types of embroidery backings to ensure high quality and comfort for our clients. Both backings are environmentally certified, showcasing our commitment to sustainability.
Paper backing: This is a layer of material that is placed under the fabric during the embroidery process. It acts as a stabilizer, supporting the fabric and stitches to prevent puckering. This backing also helps to improve the smoothness of the finished embroidery.
Comfort cover backing: After the embroidery is complete, we apply a layer of comfort cover backing to the back of the embroidery. This backing material is designed to provide comfort and protection against skin irritation. Applying the comfort cover backing is one of the unique services we offer.
